Challenge
The main challenge of this project was working with people who had no experience in front of the camera and who spoke different languages, which required a sensitive and adaptable approach. Creating an atmosphere of trust was essential so that everyone felt comfortable and authentic, allowing genuine moments to be captured despite the initial barriers.
Objectives
The goal was to present diversity as a positive value within the council, highlighting the richness that emerges from bringing together people with different backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives. The film aimed to reinforce the idea that this diversity strengthens relationships and contributes to a more open and collaborative environment.
Creative Approach
The creative approach focused on portraying an unlikely friendship in a compelling and honest way. The direction favored natural interactions and spontaneous moments, allowing the connection between people to unfold in front of the camera, turning differences into points of connection within the narrative.
